ASIAN COOKING WEEKEND.

When: Friday evening 23 Oct to Sunday afternoon 25 Oct 2015.
Where:Puschka Farm about 30kms outside Magaliesburg
This exciting weekend will focus on the exotic but delicious food of Vietnam & Thailand. We will all get together at Puschka Farm House on Friday evening to sample south east asian Street Food accompanied by beer (wine also available!) from local craft brewers Blackhorse.
We will then retire to our farm cottages & on Saturday morning will start with our first cooking lesson - spring rolls, Tom Ka Gai soup, Thai beef salad, black rice & cocnut pudding. Later that afternoon in the dinner class you will learn how to prepare fried fish cakes, Tom Yum Goo prawn soup, Boom Bai pork curry, Khae Soi Ga noodle curry chicken, green pawpaw salad & sweet sticky rice pudding. All delicious & mouth watering!
On Sunday we will do Vietnamese - savoury crepes, Vietnamese salad platter, pickled carrot salad, caramel chicken, twice cooked egg plan, river rice, coconut creme caramel After that you won't want to go home - but we're afraid you must! - we will be exhausted!
Cost: R2200-00 per person. This includes the classes, light breakfast, all food & drinks, & accommodation
